Aviasole Technologies provides software development, technology consulting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("SOW") between you and Aviasole Technologies.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

Client Work

Ownership of work product created during a client engagement will be governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aviasole Technologies retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently of any client project.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill obligations under the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aviasole Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or data breach
  • Business interruption
  • Any damages resulting from reliance on information provided on our Site

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Aviasole Technologies during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information and materials on our Site.

Warranties related to service deliverables will be specified in the applicable SOW or service agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviasole Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with any applicable SOW or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aviasole Technologies regarding the use of our Site. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
